Add Contacts and Creating Contact Groups

Depending on who you need to contact with your email, you may need to add emails to your Contacts in Gmail. Note: We already have added the district directory to your account. You do not need to specifically add anyone in the district to your Gmail Contacts.

Please remember when adding contacts or creating contact groups that staff accounts end with @wwcsd.net and student accounts end with @wwcsd.org.

  1. Open Gmail
  2. Click on the Mail dropdown in the left menu and choose Contacts (Pic 5)
  3. In the same left menu select New Group… (Pic 6)
